Water Recycling JetVac
Today's contractors and municipalities are especially conscious of the need to conserve both time and water. With the ever growing need to conserve our resources, GapVax partnered with Wiedemann, the inventors of sewer cleaning equipment water recycling technology, to bring a product that has been consistently refined over the last 40+ years to North America. Our recycle jetvac is the only recycling truck on the market that cleans the water instead of filtering it, allowing you to work without interuptions or breakdowns from grease, sand or clay. Our superior offloading system allows you to pressure off clean water back into the sewer through the vacuum tube, while controlling the whole operation through a wireless, operator-friendly belly pack. The vacuum and recycling system is self-cleaning and requires low maintenance.

Features & Benefits
Fully Automatic Water Recycling System
This greatly increases the productivity of the machine, no lost time due to filling the water tanks, no waste of potable water for the purpose of cleaning sewers, ability to clean sewer with high volume water flow thus further increasing productivity.
The Wiedemann water recycling system has been in operation in various models of machines for longer than any other system on the market. The system has been independently tested, the results proved that the recycled water quality was of such a high quality that it would not cause any more wear to pumps etc. than if normal hydrant water was being used.
Combined Suction & High Pressure Hose Boom
Quick setting up times on the manholes - no wasted time trying to connect hoses and maneuver them into place even in difficult to reach places (behind walls etc), maximises production and profitability.
Easy and safe for the operator - the easy and safe control of the hoses reduced the risks of the operator sustaining an injury.
Computer Controlled System
Safeguards the machinery - prevents dry running of pumps - prevents pumps being engaged at high rpm etc, keep your service and maintenance costs to a minimum over the life of the machine.
Two-Tank Configuration
This two-tank configuration has the advantages of increased truck stability, optimum load distribution and maximum tank volume on a shorter wheelbase than one-tank system.
Liquid Ring Pump
Compact size / lightweight construction – maximises space on the vehicle for storage and also more payload weight available due to the weight savings made on the pump – this allows a larger payload.
Low power input relative to the capacity of the pump – very high efficiency – This means huge fuel savings during the whole life of the machine (many years of fuel cost savings) Quiet operating sound levels of pump

Hydro Excavating
Hands Free Hydro ExcavatingHydro excavating has never been easier. The GapVax Dig Tube ties the extendable boom to the large hose reel, giving you the ability to pothole, locate, and dig— all from the belly pack — all at a safe distance— with one man instead of two. The "easy deployment boom" lets you dig below grade without adding additional tubes. And if you prefer using a gun to dig, you can easily connect it to your small reel. Plus the water recycling system means you never have to stop to get water.
Simplicity
The Easiest To UseThere are very few true water recycling systems on the market, and only one system that's also easy to use. The Wiedemann touch-screen control system takes care of all the valve switching behind the scenes, so the operator can focus on getting the job done.
Recycling
Grease is the WordThe difference between a bolt-on filter system vs. a system designed entirely for recycling sewer water cannot be overstated, especially when it comes it to grease. A bolt-on filter system will become clogged and useless, while a true recycling system will keep working, giving you the real long-term cost savings.
Bottom line: Bolt-on systems get clogged but the Wiedemann system keeps running.
Offloading
Pressure and DumpOne of the most remarkable features of the GapVax-Wiedemann Recycler is it's ability to pressure off all liquids back into the sewer through the boom, leaving just the solid waste in the debris body. This prevents messes when dumping, and gives you the lightest possible load to haul across the roads.
